At Shopify Hardware Store, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day return window for all hardware and components. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables and manuals are included, then place it inside a sturdy shipping carton with protective padding.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking barcodes are visible.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
